Well... hadn't been here in a while, so I figured since I'm pretty comfortable on my university course now, I may as well come back to try to update some things, upload some things and basically get back into the community! I've deleted my old depressing journal entries and am hoping to kind of start afresh with things. (:

So, without further ado, a quick introduction and recap:
My name is Sam, I generally go by the usernames of Dusk-9 (dA) or BreakingAtaraxia (YouTube). Feel free to call me Sam or Dusk, whichever you prefer.
I'm currently in my first year studying computer visualisation and animation at university. The breakdown of the course includes programming, digital modelling, rigging, life drawing, pre-production, cinematography, critical & contextual theory and scripting for animation. And my maths teacher always said I could never mix art and maths (;
I generally draw comic/anime inspired art, focusing on people. I write my own stories and illustrate them in my own time, though I'm reluctant to share my creations. ^.^ I love the art and games of Tetsuya Nomura, as well as the unique style of art in games such as Okami.

Thank you to everyone who has favourited my submissions or started watching me in my absence. I may not post very often here as usual, but I will try to update with things I'm doing at university and personal drawings/fanart when I can.
